Welcome to the 2012 Olympic and Paralympic
Section.
The London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games will offer a unique,
once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to the people of Mid Suffolk, and
Suffolk as a whole.
Mid Suffolk has already brought together key partners to form
the Mid Suffolk 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Task and Finish Panel.
Made up of council members, council officers and with
representation from Suffolk Sport, Rising to the Challenge Suffolk,
and Suffolk Sport, this panel will decide how our district will
embrace this worldwide event and how best to use the inspiration of
the games to form a legacy of participation, excellence, growth,
