Our publication scheme is approved by the Information Commissioner and has been in operation since 20 February 2003 so is therefore somewhat out of date.  The Information Commissioner has recently announced that the planned review and resubmission of schemes due this autumn will not now take place until sometime in 2008.  In view of the fact that guidance on how a publication scheme should be set out will not be issued until that time it is unlikely that the Council will review its own scheme until this review is complete.

More up to date information on the Council can be found in our Best Value Performance Plan 2007/2008.

As far as the information made available, although documents have been added and superseded from those listed, the classes of themselves appear quite robust, reflecting the type of information that is made routinely available.
