Planning Referrals Committee
The Chairman of each Planning Committee has the discretionary right to refer any application or matter where the Committee fails to agree with the recommendations of the Planning Lead Officer to the Planning Referrals Committee

 The Committee comprises all members of the A and B Planning Control Committees

Vice Chairman Planning Control Committee A:

Note:  If the matter is referred by Planning Control Committee A the meeting will be chaired by the Planning Control Committee B Chairman and vice versa
