Customer Services Direct (CSD)

Mid Suffolk District Council works with Suffolk County Council and BT in a partnership called Customer Service Direct (CSD)

By working in partnership with CSD, Mid Suffolk District Council is able to bring together all your council services and transactions in one secure and convenient place.

In order to pay your council tax online you will be directed away from the Mid Suffolk District Council website, and to the CSD transactional site where you can make your payment.

To be able to make the payment please ensure that you have the invoice you wish to pay and payment card to hand as you will require both to make the payment.
