HouseMark's National Benchmarking Club and
Stock Retained Councils Benchmarking Club, using HouseMark's
subscription website, to establish, review and improve the
performance of the Housing Services department. Performance
management is key to our success in Housing Services.
Our Purpose is "To deliver local access to high quality, value for

performance information against other housing organisations within
HouseMark's benchmarking clubs. The information
collected is used to create a quarterly housing
