information from the Audit Commission to review and
improve housing performance. Performance management is key to
our success in Housing Services.

Mid Suffolk District Council's latest quarterly
housing benchmarking reports
On a quarterly basis Mid Suffolk District Council collect
performance information from other councils in Suffolk to compare
their performance with. This information collected is then used to
create a quarterly benchmarking report.
The benchmarking reports outline and evaluate other council's
performance information received against Mid Suffolk District
Council's own performance. The reports also provide Mid
Suffolk District Council's quartile position (based
on the latest quartiles released by the Audit Commission
for 2007/8) for relevant Best Value Performance
