Increase In Workload

As of 6th April new fees came into force for planning applications. New application forms and other related regulations also came into force. As a result the planning department has received a deluge of applications, in some cases more than double the normal amounts. This has caused a small backlog to develop which we are working hard to clear as soon as possible. We apologise for any minor delays which may be caused by this bottleneck of work.
