Mid Suffolk Building Control aims to provide a friendly, efficient,
helpful, accessible and value for money service orientated to the
needs of our customers. We are part of the building team and are
always available to advise and assist owners, developers, builders
and agents.
The district is divided into
six building control areas with an
individual surveyor responsible for each one.
Our Building Control surveyors are always willing to advise at an
early stage and give pre-application guidance on proposed schemes.
Early consultation is likely to be beneficial for all. The Building
Control Manager also has responsibility for disability access
issues and is pleased to offer advice on this to local
organisations and businesses. A Building Control surveyor is
normally available to provide advice and assistance throughout the
working day.
Mid Suffolk Building Control has gained BM TRADA registration as a
Quality Assured Service to ISO 9001-2000, which provides an
independent endorsement of the quality of our service.
