Completion Certificate
When all work has been inspected and
satisfactorily completed a completion certificate will be issued.
This certificate is required when selling the property or
obtaining a mortgage. The certificate provides evidence to any
prospective purchaser or mortgage company that building work has
been carried out in accordance with the Building
Regulations.
