The Annual Monitoring Report (AMR) has to be prepared and
submitted to the Government Office for the East of England
(Go-East) by the 31st December annually. The Council submitted
its 2007 report on 27th December 2007. The report sets out the
following:
- review the production of the documents set out in the Local
Development Scheme;
- present results for a series of local and core indicators
providing an insight into general and local characteristics, as
well as summarising how Mid Suffolk is performing and how this
contributes to relevant regional and national targets, and to
sustainable development;
- assesses the implementation of existing policies. In particular
identifying any which have not been used during the year, or have
not been working as intended, to allow an assessment of whether
these need to be deleted or replaced in the
future.
