We are responsible for the processing of planning applications, listed building consents as well as many other types of development related applications. We can tell you if planning permission is needed, what you need to do if you have to apply, what plans and other documents would be required to support your application as well as answer a host of general planning related questions or enquiries. Our planning enforcement section of the unit deals with breaches of planning control.
