Valid Application - Requirements
From the 6th April 2008 all applications must be submitted using the new National Standard Application Forms.

As well as there are new regulations covering which documents must be supplied with each type of application. These regulations are split into National Standards which apply across the whole of England and Local Standards which apply to the Council with which you are submitting your application.
