We aim to make communicating with
MSDC Planning Services as easy as possible.
In order to assist us in managing the many different types of
electronic communications received by the department every day, we
have created this "standards" document which will tell you which
types of electronic files we can accept and how these can be sent
to us.
Electronic Standards Document
If submitting planning applications online please refer to the
Planning Portal website for assistance as well as our
electronic standards document.
Please note that we can not usually accept applications that are
emailed to us. All "online" applications should be made via the
Planning Portal.
Any file attachments you wish to send to the department should be
sent to
planningadmin@midsuffolk.gov.uk
marked for the attention of the relevant officer. Please do not
sent file attachments to individual officers emails. If officers
are on leave or away from their desk, on site visits etc it
may be some time before your email is actioned. The planning admin
email however is always checked
daily.
