We can offer help, assistance and guidance that will allow you to
make informed decisions prior to having costly plans drawn up or
pursuing applications that may need to be amended to avoid
potential issues.

from our Offices in Needham Market or you can submit an electronic
application via the
Planning Portal.

NEWS
From Monday 11th February 2008 all electronic applications received
by MSDC will be in the form of the new 1APP standard application
forms. This system will officially go live on the 6th April however
we have "switched on" now to allow or full testing and ironing out
of any teething problems. Customers are advised that any
applications submitted via the planning portal will not be delayed
or affected by this testing.
