Please refer to the Local Validation document to establish which
Local Requirements your application will trigger. This document
should be used in conjuction with the validation checklists
(available below) for each type of application. Please note in
particular Section 4 beginning on page 5 which lists local
requirements for all types of application.
Online Applications
We strongly encourage the use of the Planning Portal to make
your application online.
Please ensure you download a copy of the National and Local
Validation Requirements document and also a validation checklist
for the specific type of application you are making. These are
available below.

Planning Fees
As of 1 October 2009 two new types of application came into force.
Application for grant of a replacement permission subject to a new
time limit and Application for non-material changes to a planning
permission.
