The Partnership

The Upper Waveney Valley Countryside Partnership was established in 1987 to protect and enhance the landscape, wildlife habitats and countryside amenities of this special area. Partnership staff work closely with landowners, Parish Councils and others to achieve these aims.

A programme of countryside events and volunteer tasks takes place throughout the year and a newsletter is published to keep everyone informed about the work of the Partnership. Mid Suffolk District Council, Norfolk County Council, South Norfolk Council, Suffolk County Council and Waveney District Council support the Partnership.
