We offer a wide variety of self catering or serviced (i.e. B & B, guest house, hotel) accommodation. Due to the rural character of the area much of the accommodation is set in beautiful, tranquil countryside or picturesque villages, making this an excellent location for walking, cycling, riding or just relaxing.

Booking

In general customers make their bookings themselves, but as a fully networked TIC we can offer a local accommodation booking service for customers requiring accommodation for the same day or the next. Callers to the office tell us what kind of accommodation they are looking for and we will telephone the Hotel or B&B and make the booking. We require a 10% deposit for the first night only, which is then deducted from bill at the end of your stay.

The same procedure is followed for a long distance booking into another area. We can make a booking for you via one of the other networked TICs for the same or next night. The deposit is the same and once again is deducted from your final bill at the accommodation.
