The majority of litter bins across Mid Suffolk are supplied and maintained by the local parish or town council. MSDC’s street cleansing team empty all bins at least once per week, with bins in busy areas emptied more frequently by either MSDC or staff employed by parish and town councils. The landowner often empties bins located on private land.
