In the case of a genuine missed collection, the contractor will
return within the same working day if the bin is reported
before midday or the following working day if reported
after midday.
Whilst on most weeks a collection round remains similar and
residents get used to a regular time of collection, the contractor
occasionally changes routes or times for operational
reasons. Bins should always be presented by 7am,
regardless of any normal collection time. Where a collection is
made earlier than the normal time and residents miss the collection
the contractor will not return.
