Since April 2003, Mid Suffolk District Council has operated an alternate week refuse and recycling collection service. This following policy document is designed to support the now well-established collection system, and to layout agreed policies and procedures that are clearly defined, so as to avoid any uncertainty for residents, Council Members and Officers of the Council.
