What does Mid Suffolk Action in Partnership (MAP) do?

MAP helps the 600 voluntary organisations, community groups and charities of Mid Suffolk by providing a range of services and development support. This includes identifying gaps, addressing unmet needs and assisting groups to tailor their services to the changing needs of the community. MAP also provides access to information, from funding to legal advice and training ensuring that local groups have the knowledge, skills and resources they need to support the local community. MAP actively encourages groups to share resources and to build a stronger local sector representing the diverse views of local groups and organisations and to promote two-way communication between the sector, the councils and other local public bodies.
