Room Hire and Conferencing
Mid Suffolk District Council can offer facilities for corporate meetings or presentations. Our meeting rooms have visual aids and microphones, as well as laptops and essential presentation equipment. The larger meeting rooms are equipped with overhead projectors and connections for multiple laptops (hirers need to request IT assistance at the time of booking if required). The Council Chamber and Lecture Theatre have hearing loops. Other meeting rooms can have portable hearing loops by request.
