Annual Reviews
In order to ensure our records are correct, we make a yearly check on all accounts that receive a discount. If your circumstances change, don't wait for a review - you must tell us within 21 days. If you do not, you may receive a fine.
Our online Review forms should only be completed if we have sent you a letter asking for an updated position:
Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction Review
Care Review (providing or receiving)
Child Benefit & Further Education Review
Long Term Empty Property Review
No Ones Sole or Main Residence Review
Severely Mentally Impaired Review
