Capital Strategy and Asset Management Plan
The Council's Capital Strategy and Asset Management Plan (PDF, 107Kb), sets out both the Council’s non-housing Asset Management arrangements, and its Capital Strategy for financing its capital programme including housing.
Asset management arrangements for housing are set out separately in the Council’s Housing Strategy and its Council Housing Business Plan.
This document describes the Council’s approach to the management of its assets and is developed in consultation between senior officers and Members of the Council. It also sets out how the Council’s approach to the use of its capital assets and resources links to its policy priorities and corporate planning processes.
