How do I make a complaint about housing conditions?
We have a responsive front-line service that investigates housing conditions and complaints primarily from tenants. This service aims to investigate a whole range of housing-related complaints from minor problems through to very serious and complex issues.
The Councils then have legal powers, and in some circumstances a legal duty, to take action to secure improvements where the housing conditions fall short of the required standard.
If you would like to make a complaint please visit our Compliment, Comment or Complaints page.
