Mid Suffolk is  offering a new service to enable residents who have hearing impairments to get in touch.
 
The system, which is called "SMS Text Mobile", allows  residents to contact the Council , by using a text facility that most people have available to them through  their mobile phones.  This builds upon the already existing Internet, E-mail and Fax methods that are available for individuals to contact the Council
 
The system is now operational and is checked on an hourly basis to ensure that we quickly react to any issues or questions .  To use the service, please text your name and query too: 07827 842833.
