Building Control
Building Control at Mid Suffolk covers a diverse range of work from enforcing the Building Regulations on minor domestic alterations through to multi million pound projects.
We investigate and if necessary make safe existing structures that are immediate dangers to the public; as well as scrutinise proposed demolition works.
We also provide specialist advice and services relating to sustainability matters including Energy Performance Assessments and Certificates, Reduced SAP and SBEM.

You can pay online by following the link, or you can still pay by cheque when you submit your application by Building Control.
