Pay For It

An additional fee of 1.5% of the transaction value is payable on payments by credit card for some services. This goes towards the cost of providing a credit card payment facility.

Direct Debit

Direct Debit is the easiest and most convenient way to pay your rent. It's easy to set up a Direct Debit. You can download a direct debit form from this webpage on How to Pay your Rent. (Opens new page)

Please note: Direct Debit payments can be made on the 1st, 6th or 20th day of the month.

Online Payments

If you are in a public place we strongly advise you to make sure you are not overlooked as you enter your details.

To protect your financial details online we support 3-D secure cardholder verification (Mastercard Secure and Verified by Visa).

Data stored and transmitted to the Council is certified completely secure and confidential.

Your details will not be used for any other purpose.

 

Automated Telephone Payments Hotline

You can also make payments to our automated telephone payments system by calling 0845 372 4112 (This call will cost you 3 pence per minute plus your phone company’s access charge)  

Please make sure you have the bills you want to pay, and your credit or debit card to hand.

Please note that these systems are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
