How do I pay my car park fine?
As soon as you receive an Excess Charge Notice, you can pay by using the link below under 'Online Services' to pay by credit / debit card. Alternatively, you can pay over the telephone or in person by contacting our Customer Service Centre.

How much do I pay?
Please pay promptly - if you pay your parking fine within 7 days of issue, we will reduce the fee from £75 to £25.
How do I dispute my car park fine?
The council has an operational policy of only cancelling excess charge notices if they arise from a specific problem with the ticket machinery, or involve truly exceptional circumstances (e.g. not having sufficient change is not an exceptional circumstance).
