If you receive Housing Benefit on behalf of your tenant/s, the only way to view your Housing Benefit payments and notification letters is online.
You must register for an online account so that you can access your landlord payment schedules, notification letters and information on Discretionary Housing Payments. This access will allow you to view and download current and historic payments and letters.

This service is a joint venture between Babergh, Mid Suffolk District Councils and Ipswich Borough Council. However, each Council is a separate legal entity and if you have properties in each area, you will be required to register separately for each one and have individual logins.
