Complaints and Compliments

If you wish to make a complaint about a licensed driver or the service you have received then we suggest you make this known to the operator/business owner in the first instance. If you were still not satisfied then you may report it further to the Licensing Team. This should be in writing confirming the particulars of the incident - including driver and vehicle details, dates and times of incident and any information about any remedial steps you have already tried to take. Serious incidents, for example dangerous driving, should be reported to the Police without delay.
