Belle Vue Park is a traditional town park close to the centre of Sudbury, with plenty of well-maintained grassland, shrub and flower beds the park is great place to relax and spend a couple of hours.
Children will love the large play area with its sand pit for toddlers and tall adventure climbers for the more adventurous. Parents can also enjoy the outdoor gym equipment or a game of tennis on the hard surfaced court. The MUGA (multi use games area) gives the opportunity to play informal basketball or football or use the targets for practice. Wheeled sports enthusiasts are also catered for with the concrete skate/BMX park.
Following all the exercise its time to pick up an ice cream or snack from the catering outlet (seasonal opening) and just sit and people watch.
Public toilets are available on site, and the nearest public car park is at the Kingfisher Leisure Centre.
The park is open daily (excepting Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day or in inclement weather) and is locked each evening.
