Holiday Activities Fund Programme
Parents and carers across Babergh and Mid Suffolk may be eligible to benefit from free holiday club places for children and young people over the school holidays. This is via the government’s Holiday Activities Fund (HAF) programme during the main holidays and from Babergh and Mid Suffolk, during half-term breaks.
It enables children and young people to enjoy fun activities with friends and develop new skills.
Who is eligible, and how do I access the programme?
The local programme is targeted to those who are eligible for benefits-related free school meals, and other vulnerable children (or those with additional need) who would benefit from accessing the programme.
The HAF spaces available during Easter, Summer and Christmas holidays will need to be booked using a HAF code distributed via the schools. If you think that you are eligible to receive a code, then please speak with your school.
Please note that secondary school aged children do not need a code.
