Chatbot technology to support customers
We’ve now launched chatbot and automated phone technology on our phone line and website.
This widely used technology is there to support you with your queries at a time to suit you 24/7 - even when our offices are closed.
To start with the chatbots will be part of a year-long trial. This means they will only be able to support with queries relating to our environment and waste services. However, it could expand further into other areas if the pilot is successful.
There’s no need to worry - if you can’t get the answer you need, our customer service staff will still be there to help. And, aside from trialling the tech, our phone number will continue to operate as normal.
