We are currently conducting a review of our resident involvement opportunities and are looking at taking a new approach to engaging with our customers. As part of the review we are conducting a consultation amongst all of our residents to understand what our customers want from the landlord service and how we can better engage with our residents. We aim to have a new structure in place by April 2018.
