Pinewood, Capel St Mary and Brantham are to be the final locations to host the public question time event series held by the leaders of Babergh District Council this year.
Leader of Babergh District Council, Councillor John Ward and Deputy Leader, Councillor Jan Osborne are inviting people who live and work in the district to ask questions about the council’s work at their three upcoming question time events.
The events will be held between 10am and 12noon on the following dates:
3 November - Pinewood Community Hall, Laburnum Close, Ipswich, IP8 3SL
17 November - Capel St Mary Library, The Street, Capel St Mary IP9 2EP
24 November - Brantham Village Hall, New Village, Brantham, Manningtree CO11 1RF
Cllr John Ward said: “It’s been great to see so many people who live and work in Babergh to discuss a range of local issues at our question time events over the last few months. We’re looking forward to hosting our final three events this year and would like to invite as many people as possible to join us at the location most convenient for them.
“Please bring along your questions where we will be happy to explain more about what the council does and our roles as councillors.”
These events are part of a successful question time series held across the district in 2018.
