Pre-application advice

Important Note regarding Online Payment and Pre-App Forms

Due to system maintenance our Payment Forms and Pre-Application Enquiry Form will be unavailable from 9am Wednesday 24th October until close of play Thursday 25th October. Please be aware we are unable to offer an alternative method of payment as all payment systems are affected during this time. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

It is possible to submit our pre-application enquiry via email; please include a site location plan outlining the application site in red. We will contact you regarding the fee when the payment system has been resumed.

 Our Pre Application Service is now live. This involves a range of services, with written advice, meetings, and on site appointments available. There is a charge for this service, at various rates depending on the type and level of advice you would like. The previous duty appointment and call back service is no longer available except to conclude existing enquiries already made.
