We have a new form for making payments after you have submitted your enquiry. It can also be used to make further payments, or as payment for requests for planning histories.
Please make sure to quote your pre-application enquiry reference. This will enable us to marry up your new payment with your current enquiry.
If you are unable to use the preferred methods of payment and wish to pay via BACS, please call the Customer Services Team on 0300 123 4000 (option 5 option 3). They will inform you of your pre-application enquiry reference, which you must then quote when transferring money into either of our bank accounts. You must also email us to notify us of payment.
Failure to do this may cause a delay to the validation of your enquiry within the published timescales.
Please note, BACS payments may take longer to be processed.
