Portfolio Holder Decisions
The Leader of the Council may delegate executive powers directly to an individual Portfolio Holder rather than such decisions being made by the Cabinet (the Constitution: Part 1: The Articles).
Decisions taken by delegation of a Portfolio Holder will be subject to normal decision procedures as in accordance with the Constitution
