In October 2023, the building regime changed significantly. This includes changes to the application process. We have updated all of our advice before you apply webpages to reflect this. Please make sure that you read this advice - as well as the information on this webpage - before you complete our application form.

You can submit your building regulations application to us online. Make sure you have received a quote and are applying for the correct application type.

For applications under our partnership scheme, please use the Full Plans form.
