What is Market or Private Sale Housing?

Market Sale, is also known as outright sale, is the traditional way of buying a property whereby an apartment or house is bought outright with cash or financed with a mortgage, the purchaser owns 100% of the property.

Currently there are schemes in development in both districts, one scheme in Hadleigh (Bowlers Croft) and a phase 2 scheme in Needham Market (Chambers Green), following the success of phase 1. These schemes are the former Councils HQ sites which are being redeveloped into new homes.
