The Occold Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) is being prepared by Occold Parish Council and the local community. When complete, it will be used to help guide and shape future development in the plan's area.

Reg 05 Area Designation (14 Sept 2023)

On 4 September 2023, Occold Parish Council submitted an application to designate the parish as a NDP area. Under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Mid Suffolk District Council issued a notice confirming this designation on Thursday 14 September 2023.
