Free period products 

Many libraries in Suffolk offer free menstrual products to those who need them. 

CRF Crisis Payments 

The Suffolk County Council Crisis and Resilience Fund Crisis Payments can help with essential costs, including food costs, household energy or water bills, white goods (including washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker/oven), period and hygiene products and transport-related costs.
