The Onehouse Neighbourhood Development Plan (NDP) is being prepared by Onehouse Parish Council and the local community. When complete, it will be used to help guide and shape future development in the plan area.

Reg 05 Area Designation (21 Oct 2025)

On 16 September 2025, Onehouse Parish Council submitted an application to designate their parish as a neighbourhood plan area. 

Under the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended), Mid Suffolk District Council confirmed this area designation on 21 October 2025. Our notice, the application, and a map identifying the NDP area are published below:

• View the Onehouse NDP Area Map (Note: the area follows the parish boundary)

Responsibility for preparing this NDP now rests with the parish council. Further information may be available on their website.
