Partridge Court is located in the centre of Stowmarket with a wide range of amenities nearby.

There are 36 flats, over three floors, accessed via a lift, stair lift or stairs.  Each flat has its own front door, entrance hall, living room, kitchen, 1 or 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. There are also four studio flats.

There is a communal lounge (which hosts social events throughout the year) and refreshment making facilities available. A laundry is available to all tenants and within the laundry there are facilities for hairdressers to cut tenants hair. There is a patio area to enjoy the nice weather and beautiful gardens and a washing drying area with two rotary lines.
