Sexual entertainment venues
We have adopted Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, which means we regulate the licensing of:
- sexual entertainment venues (SEVs)
- sex cinema
- sex shops
within the district.

Sexual entertainment policy (2024-2029)
Our draft policy is currently under consultation.
The consultation period for the policy runs from Monday 18 December 2023 to Monday 5 February 2024.
