You can submit your own planning application - or you can hire a planning agent to work on your behalf.
You can apply for householder planning applications, or discharge of conditions, via our online forms.
We accept payment by debit or credit card.
If you are applying for discharge of conditions, please read our frequently asked questions about discharge of conditions for more information.
Please note: Our online forms can take a moment to load. If you have any problems, please contact us.
Once you have submitted your application, you will receive a receipt via email. Our Validation team will check the contents of your submission and your payment details.

We are looking to develop additional online forms, for other planning works, in the future.
In the meantime, you can apply for all other types of planning permission via Planning Portal's website.
You will be able to attach any relevant electronic plans or drawings when you apply.
Please note: Planning Portal is a third party system used by local planning authorities across the country. We are not responsible for any additional charges that you may have to pay when applying via their system.

S106 planning obligations - modification, discharge, or confirmation of compliance
You can apply for modification, discharge, or confirmation of compliance, of a Section 106 (S106) planning obligation by downloading and completing an application form.
Please send your completed form to planningvalidation@baberghmidsuffolk.gov.uk. We will who then contact you to organise payment.
The fees are as follows:
