What is the REACH roadshow?

The REACH community engagement van is a mobile space that will attend events and host sessions across our district, providing advice and support to our residents.

It will attend events in convenient and accessible locations, where residents can come along and talk to a member of our friendly team.

You will not need to book an appointment.

The van is a confidential space, where we can listen to your needs and provide advice or signposting where appropriate.

With your consent, we can also log your support request and arrange a follow-up call with you.

Invite us to your event

If you're a community group or service, supporting the health and wellbeing of residents in Mid Suffolk, we can attend your event or offer face-to-face support, free of charge.

To discuss, please email REACH.team@midsuffolk.gov.uk or phone 01603 430431.
